I am a volunteer as well as a facilitator at Crateful.
What is Creatful ?
Creatful is a social enterprise offering creative events, workshops, kids clubs, craft groups and much more in Waterlooville, Havant, Portsmouth and other parts of Hampshire. I volunteer at events when I can and in January 2025, I will be hosting a monthly event for them called Thrive Together.
What is Thrive Together?
Thrive Together will be a monthly creative space designed for maternal figures and their teens/tweens at Community at HSDC.

Free Flow
Qwellness is a donation site for Free flow Portsmouth. Free flow are a Portsmouth based period poverty project working alongside charities who support people who cannot afford sanitary products.
What donations are needed?
We are looking to collect and donate these products to local charities who support women/people in need of sanitary and hygiene products:
• Shower Gels/ Soaps
• Sanitary Pads Tampons Panty Liners
• Deodorant
• Re useable menstrual cups
• Biodegradable Wipes

Advance
I volunteer once a month with Advance. This is a charity very close to my heart and I now offer reiki treatments to their service users.
Advance offers support to women, children and young people affected by domestic and sexual violence, or by issues with debt, substance misuse, or mental health problems.
