Terms and Conditions at QWellness

1. Booking Fee / Voucher Security Code
   A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of your appointment cost or a valid Voucher Security Code must be paid to secure your booking. If you are using a voucher, please ensure you are familiar with its terms and conditions.

2. Payment Information
   Payments can be made via BACS to the following account:

   Full payment is welcome at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation or Rescheduling
   If you have not paid your booking fee or provided a Voucher Security Code, your appointment may be cancelled. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
   We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment rescheduling. If this notice period is not provided, the booking fee or voucher will be forfeited and will be used to cover business costs.

4. Late Arrivals
   If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that your treatment time may be reduced. If time is lost due to lateness, we cannot extend your appointment.

5. Non-Attendance
   Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice is unacceptable. In such cases, the booking fee or voucher will not be refunded or transferred.

6. Voucher Availability and Surcharges
   Please be aware that some vouchers may be subject to availability. A surcharge may apply depending on the time or date of your booking if restrictions are in place.

7. Locked Door Policy
   Please note that after 17:30 or on Wednesdays, we operate a locked door policy. If you arrive after this time, please knock to gain access.

8. Treatment Time
   All treatments are non-transferable unless agreed in advance. Please note that consultation time will be deducted from your treatment time if applicable.
