Cancellation & Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment.

  • Your appointment will be held for 48 hours pending payment of the deposit. If the deposit isn’t received within that time, your slot will be released.

  • 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

  • Missed appointments or failure to attend without notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable and non-transferable, as it covers business and preparation costs.

  • Treatments are non-transferable, unless agreed in advance.

  • Please note that consultation time is included within your treatment time.

  • If you are late, we’ll always do our best to provide the full treatment time, but this may not be possible depending on scheduling.


💆‍♀️ Block Payment Policy

  • Block sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • All treatments must be booked in advance.

  • 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

  • If you miss your appointment without notice, the session will be deducted from your block to cover business and admin costs.

    • Alternatively, you may pay a £20 cancellation fee to retain the session.

  • Full payment is required in advance to receive the block booking discount.

  • Treatments are non-transferable unless agreed beforehand.

  • Consultation time is included within the treatment time.

  • If you are running late, we’ll do our best to deliver the full treatment, but it may need to be shortened if other bookings follow.
