  • 48hr notice must be given to reschedule your appointment.
  • If this hasn't occurred booking fee/vouchers are nonrefundable or transferable and will be taken to cover business costs!
  • Please arrive 5 mins before your appointment, if you arrive any earlier please take a seat in the barbers.
  • Some vouchers are subject to availability a surcharge may apply when booking out if restrictions.
  • Payments preferred cash or BACS transferred.
  • Failure to attend appointment is not acceptable.
  • Treatments are non-transferable unless agreed consultation time will come out of treatment time.
  • Lateness - we will do our best to give you your full time, but this might not be possible.
